AC EXPO 2016

The AC Expo 2016 will be the 3rd edition of the Australia & New Zealand focused fair.

The fairs bring together a great mix of educational institutions, airlines and government agencies which attract high quality Brazilian students looking to study in Australia and or New Zealand.

About the event

In 2013 Vinicius Barreto, AC Director, saw the need for a specialised education fair focused on Australia & New Zealand. While other fairs were being held in Brazil such as the multi destination EDUEXPOS, fairs focused on destinations such the UK, Canada and the USA there were no Australia and New Zealand education fairs.


Australian & New Zealand education is AC’s specialty and passion so they sort to partner with a company that specialises in running education events and found that FPP EDU Media would be the best fit for their fairs. AC had attended FPP’s EDUEXPOS as an exhibitor and found the organisation and quality of the students to be excellent.

August 2014 was set for the first AC Expo organised by Australian Centre in partnership with FPP. Austrade and Education New Zealand were quick to support the event, Qantas Airways jumped onboard to attend along with 41 exhibitors. The fair was held in Sao Paulo and Rio with 2,692 prescreened students and parents attending.

In August 2015, Qatar Airways, Emirates Airways joined Qantas, Austrade and ENZ, the total number of exhibitors jumped from 41 to 52, Belo Horizonte was added to the tour, with 3,678 pre-screen students and parents attending the three cities.

  The fairs are solely focused on Australian and New Zealand education.
  The 2014 and 2015 fairs were a great success.

• Pre-screened quality students

  All attendees are interested in either Australia or New Zealand as their study destination.
  All online registrations are pre- screened in order to invite high quality students to the fairs.

• AC specialised follow up

  AC is the Australia / New Zealand specialist in Brazil they do not promote other destinations.
  They follow up all students who attend the fairs to offer Australian and New Zealand institutions only.

• Supported by Austrade & Education New Zealand

  For the 3rd year in a row the AC Expo will be attended and supported by Austrade and Education New Zealand.
